Mr Abbasi has nearly ten years, experience of working for the BBC (both Radio and Television); as a producer, presenter, reporter and researcher. Extensive experience in teaching/coaching, PR, community development, equalities, human rights and social justice agendas within local governments and national as well as international charity sector.
Mr Abbasi works in media management and journalism at a senior level; broadcast media (TV/Radio) and PR., Organisational/Charity development, capacity building and process improvement, equalities, human rights and justice campaigner. An experienced professional and a senior leader. A calm, logical thinker; who often analyses complex social, organisational and operational challenges from a sui generis perspective and proposes some practically simple but unique and pragmatic solutions to bring about everlasting social or organisational change.
As a mover and shaker within the social and media sector, a key architect and a catalyst in number of initiatives that can only be described as local, national and international histories in the making. For example, since 1991, within media sector initiated number of Asian programmes on BBC's local radio and steered number of local media initiatives to give voice to the voiceless.

I am Usman Akram and I was born and used to live in Pakistan. I have a MBA degree in Marketing, I used to work in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and at E.On as a field service advisor

Mr Zafar is a successful online entrepreneur having an IT background. He is qualified to MCSE and Networking expert. He contributes to the organisation by helping manage its accounts and actively contribute to welfare of local BME communities.
Zainab Yusuf
Trustee & Women Lead
ZY, MSc in International Business Management is an Operations Manager at a leading Chartered Surveyor company. She has worked in HR at senior management level and contributes to Ehfs strategy and development issues whilst ensuring gender equality issues are embedded in EHF policy and practice. Zainab is an avid traveller and enjoys yoga in her spare time.
Zainab has completed her masters in International Business Studies with an undergraduate degree in Sociology. She is a proactive speaker and activist holding social care values to her credit.
